HEXISTS - Check to see if a Field Exists in a Redis Hash

The HEXISTS command is a very quick (O(1) complexity) method that returns 1 if the field is found and 0 if the field is not found in a given hash.

127.0.0.1:6379> HSET astros second_base 'Altuve'
(integer) 1
127.0.0.1:6379> HEXISTS astros second_base
(integer) 1
127.0.0.1:6379> HEXISTS astros third_base
(integer) 0
